It is very important to us that you feel comfortable in the German Heart Center Berlin. In order to be able to offer you the best possible medical and nursing care, we want to continuously improve our processes. With your feedback, you make a significant contribution to this. Therefore, you have the opportunity at this point to express your praise, criticism, complaints or other comments about your stay.
All feedback is recorded, analysed and forwarded to the relevant department by our Quality Management / Complaint Management department.

You have the option of sending your feedback anonymously (enter your name anonymously in the "Name" field) as well as personalised. If you would like an answer, simply let us know your name and e-mail address/telephone number. Your data will of course be treated confidentially.

Our patient advocate Heike Brodowski will also be pleased to be at your disposal as your contact person in order to take care of your wishes and criticism with confidence.

Mrs. Brodowski is a volunteer and works independently of the German Heart Center Berlin. She passes on the concerns of her interlocutors to the responsible staff or the clinic management and, if necessary, advocates appropriate changes.
