Recovery in Hotel-Like Surroundings
Our private ward “Andalucía” in Paulinen Hospital (www.paulinenkrankenhaus.de) resembles a luxury hotel. Patients who require a greater degree of comfort and personal freedom, they will find them here. The Paulinen Hospital has worked in cooperation with the DHZB for many years and is an experienced partner. Our private ward is situated here because the number of beds in the DHZB itself is limited and they have to be reserved for acutely ill patients. The private ward is headed by doctors from the DHZB and run by our medical and nursing personnel.
Accommodation on this private ward is an optional extra and the cost is not covered by statutory health insurance.
Accommodation on the Private Ward
You may choose between a generous-sized suite, a stylish single room and an elegant apartment. The suites are 55 square meters (590 square feet) in size and have living rooms and bedrooms that you can use either alone or with your relatives. The living room has a business area with desk, telephone and fax and internet connection.
The light, spacious single rooms can be opened up to connect with the adjacent room, creating a comfortable apartment. Your room will be optimally furnished for receiving visitors, with plenty of comfortable seating. Light colours and pleasant furniture complete the picture. The modern medical technology is unobtrusively integrated.
Our Services
On our private ward we offer various services. We can bring you a daily newspaper. Towels are changed daily and bedclothes at least every second day. We are also pleased to arrange further services for you, such as a manicure, translation services or transport. Our laundry service is free of charge. When you arrive we will put together a set of laundry for you (bathrobe, hand towels, bath towel), a hairdryer and a shower and hygiene set.
Our service personnel are available at all times to fulfill further wishes.
