The Department of Cardiac Anesthesiology and Intensive Care has 29 doctors who, working together with the anesthesia nurses, treat around 6700 patients of all age groups during an operation annually. Many years of experience, a high degree of specialization and highly developed routines form the basis for the best possible care of our patients during all kinds of cardiac and vascular procedures.
