Close Cooperation

Since the capacity of the DHZB is very limited and beds must be reserved for the acutely ill, patients are moved to the Paulinen Krankenhaus after their operations. The DHZB has worked in close cooperation with this specialized hospital since 1995. The treatment procedures of the two hospitals are closely integrated, so that all patients receive the best possible treatment.

The Paulinen Hospital has 148 beds, of which 127 are on the five wards and 21 on the intensive care unit.
