On a top list of 150 hospitals worldwide honored in the category of cardiac surgery, the DHZB ranks 9th and is thus the only European clinic in the "Top Ten". In addition, our clinic ranks among the best centers for cardiology (32nd place). The hospitals' legally required "structured quality reports" are evaluated, as are quality certificates issued by professional associations. 30,000 physicians from private practices and clinics were asked which hospital they would go to themselves or send a relative to.

Tagesspiegel seal: "Berlin's best clinics"

The Berliner Tagesspiegel's guidebook "Berlin's Best Hospitals" ranks the DHZB among the hospitals most recommended by practicing Berlin physicians for pacemakers, cardiac catheter interventions and abdominal aortic aneurysm surgery. Germany's most comprehensive regional hospital comparison is based on a survey of physicians in private practice in the capital: 2,400 physicians named what they considered to be the best hospitals for 53 clinical pictures requiring inpatient treatment. In all three categories, which correspond to our treatment spectrum, the DHZB was voted among the "Top 3".
