By Car
The streets around the Deutsches Herzzentrum Berlin do not offer many parking spaces. At the main entrance to the grounds of the Virchow Campus, Seestrasse 5, is a multi-storey car park (cost: 1 Euro for each hour or part of an hour). Parking is restricted in the grounds of the Virchow Campus (cost: 2 Euros for each hour or part of an hour). If you leave within the first hour, parking is free. After the first hour the whole parking time is charged.
By Taxi
There is a taxi rank at the entrance to the Deutsches Herzzentrum Berlin on Augustenburger Platz and another at the main Virchow Campus entrance (Seestrasse 5).
By Public Transport
Underground station: Amrumer Strasse (line 9)
Recommended: This station is directly at the main entrance on Augustenburger Platz.
Bus (no. 147 or 221) to bus stop Augustenburger Platz (Föhrer Strasse, corner of Torfstrasse)
Recommended: Both buses stop close to the main entrance on Augustenburger Platz.
S-Bahn (city railway) station: Westhafen
This is the nearest S-Bahn stop to the Deutsches Herzzentrum but it is a 15 minute walk from the station. We advise you to change at Westhafen to underground line 9 and travel one stop north to Amrumer Strasse station (see above).
Tram (no. M13 or 50) to tram stop Seestrasse, corner of Amrumer Strasse
From here it is a 10 minute walk to the Deutsches Herzzentrum Berlin.
