Data Protection

When general DHZB web pages are accessed, information on the number of visitors to a page is stored in anonymous form in protocol files for statistical purposes. The information recorded consists of the fact that a document was called up and when. The movements of individual users are in no way tracked.
When a user writes to us using an Email address given on the DHZB web pages, it is assumed that the user is in agreement with the DHZB replying to the Email address used to send the message. When the DHZB web pages allow personal data (Email addresses, names, addresses) to be entered, providing them is the decision of the user. We draw users’ attention to the fact that data transmission through the internet is insecure and that this information may therefore fall into the hands of third parties who might use or falsify it.
Personal data are stored until the user’s query has been answered. They are not passed on to any third party or used for any purpose other than that intended.
