Outpatient Departments of the Department for Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery
Our outpatient departments and medical care unit provide ambulatory treatment for patients with heart, lung and vascular diseases. These departments are staffed by specialist physicians of the Deutsches Herzzentrum Berlin. Patients who wish to be examined and treated at the DHZB first need a referral from their community-based physician. Ambulatory treatment is provided, in particular, before and after heart and lung operations, especially transplantation.
